Infercia Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Infercia application provided by Infercia registered in the UAE. By using Infercia, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Account Registration and Security
You must provide truthful and complete information when creating your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and immediately inform us of unauthorized access or use.

User Content Guidelines
You may post comments in specific sections. By posting, you agree not to upload content that is:
• Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or harmful.
• Infringing intellectual property rights or violating privacy rights.
• Containing spam, advertising, or irrelevant links.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

Payment and Subscription Terms
Payments through Zarinpal, Cafe Bazaar, or Paypal must be made using accurate payment details. By subscribing, you authorize Infercia to charge your selected payment method according to your subscription plan. Payment processing terms are subject to the respective gateway policies.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
Payments are generally non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances clearly outlined by Infercia. To dispute or request a refund, contact our support team. Subscription cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period.

Communication
You consent to receive email communications and push notifications related to your account and Infercia services. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via the app settings.

Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, including content, trademarks, designs, and intellectual property within Infercia, belong exclusively to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

Disclaimers and Liability
Infercia is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Infercia disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.

Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, misuse of the service, or unlawful activities, at our discretion.
